NCOSE sued the website for distributing photographs of child sexual abuse of an underage customer of NCOSE. The organization also argued that the site allowed this type of exploitation by placing the tag “toddler” on intense pornographic content. However, the court ruled that the tags used through the site constitute a “neutral tool” intended to contribute to the promotion of the videos.
