The elite of Silicon Valley are set to revel in their new clout during a long weekend of inaugural parties as President-elect Donald J. Trump is set to resume power.

The inaugurations attract corporations and donors with a deep pocket that seek incoming management that supervises their industries and interests. Trump’s official inaugural committee has damaged fund collection records.
Companies have poured in $1 million or more, including Fortune 500 stalwarts like Ford and General Motors; tech giants like Amazon and Google; cryptocurrency upstarts like Ripple and Robinhood; and traditional G.O.P. megadonors, including the coal billionaires Joseph W. Craft III and Kelly Knight Craft, who gave $1 million, according to a person with knowledge of their donation. In exchange, donors have been given tickets to exclusive official events, including intimate dinners with Mr. Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance, and V.I.P. access to the swearing-in ceremony on Monday.
But much of the action occurs outside the official program. Across Washington, dozens of great money are planned in the exclusive hotels and restaurants of the city, fabrics and dance halls, in earth yates and on board, commonly rich and executive maximum firms and executives who will be in the capital to mark A new term that expect US businesses to disintegrate.
