AEG Germany Reaches Sustainability Milestones

Sustainability and social duty have been firmly rooted in AEG ADN in Germany since the structure of sands. Independent projects have been introduced in each position and avant -garde processes have been implemented to announce the surrounding coexistence and social commitment. With the sustainable progression strategy of the cross site that has now developed, the AEG in Germany has taken another vital step towards a positive effect in the surroundings and society as a whole.

The strategy was developed in collaboration with the renowned agency PHAT Consulting, which specializes in sustainability management. The aim is to create a systematic and transparent approach for sustainability work that unites all arenas and promotes measurable progress.

A central component of this technique is the first cross transparency report, which is published at the same time that the greenest certification of the sand is obtained. This report in detail to date and provides a review of the long -term objectives of the AEG sustainability strategy in Germany.

“We are proud to be the first operator in Germany to obtain a greener sand certification for our sites. This is evidence of the commitment of our total team and our partners to identify and advance the sustainable criteria,” explains Jan Kiepel, Coo and CFO AEG Germany.

With this initiative, AEG Germany is not only confirming its status as an industry pioneer, but also setting new standards for sustainable entertainment in Germany and Europe. The vision: to combine sustainability and live entertainment and thus set an inspiring example for the entire industry.

The best authorization certification of Green Plus Arena received as a result of a rigorous evaluation procedure through specialists in non -profit sustainability, a long journey (AGF). The evaluation implies a detailed investigation of the sustainability fields, such as transport, energy and energy, tea, use of water, local environment, CO2 and food and drinks, and reaches a stop at the site through qualified AGF evaluators.

Including the German sites, six AEG festivals and placements in Europe underwent a greener long-term procedure in 2024. The O2 in London has re-evaluated its certification with the prestige of Grenerarena, achieving prestige. American Express reports that BST Hyde Park has earned the festival’s Highly Congratulated Certification, while all points in the East received the Green Festival’s Congratulated Certification.
