Collingwood director Peter Murphy chairs the committee, and general manager Mark Anderson is also part of the investigation.
Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley has reached out to Lumumba but hasn’t heard back from him.
The club says it will continue to play Lumumba in the hope of helping the committee better perceive the accusations.
The 33-year-old pensioner, after public recognition of his accusations that he received a treat while in the Ur magpies before sitting with Buckley. Collingwood director Jodie Sizer said the club understood that Lumumba’s claims were serious and sought to consider them as such.

Lumumba closed his reports with the Magpies on social media, claiming that he had endured a “culture of racist jokes” and had brought magical mushrooms to the situation.
He left Collingwood at the end of 201four before finishing his 223-game career with Melbourne.
