It was discovered that online retail giant Amazon was quietly cutting the manga and light novel titles from its website. This was the best friend detected through the titles published through J-Novel Club that he consulted on Twitter to discuss the situation. You can search the Twitter feed below:

J-Novel Club was also not the only 1 in this deceptive, as some Yen Press titles such as No Game No Life, OreImo and Eromanga Sensei were also removed. Yen Press did this on his Facebok page:

The references would come from Jstomer’s court cases with a nod to censorship. J-Novel Club said in its tweets that they had not even been transformed into anything and that their products had just been removed from the site’s list.
A request for Change.org was even created to cajon Amaz indirectly to counteract its decisions and/or logically the director of the popular light novel and manga titles. On a non-public level … as someone who writes Light Novels and publishes them on Amazon, this is deeply troubling. You never know whether titles published through Kindle Direct may or may not be affected. It’s a little unsettling to know that even my books might be surprised for some reason. Maybe it’s time to discanopy some other position to do business?
