Keller was optioned to the Angels’ alternate training site Saturday.
The 27-year-old was recalled Thursday and appeared in each of the past two games, allowing two runs on three hits with one strikeout and two walks over 2.1 innings. Keller will continue working out at the alternate site and could rejoin the Angels later in the season.
