The U.S. Green Construction Council He has identified the Scottsdale City Aeronautical Business Center, 15,000 N. Airport Dr., with LEED (Energy Leader and Intellectual Environment Design) Gold certification. The award recognizes the assignment for its maintenance and qualities of ecological design.
Aviation Business Cinput is a modern two-story, 23,250-square-foot metal design with glass facades, wood design elements and open design. It serves as a hub for The Aviation, Customs and Border Protection Offices, rented offices, public meeting rooms, an outdoor plaza, an on-site dining spot and a veterans memorial. During the design, staff and architects worked hard to succeed in the LEED Gold criteria, maintaining the vision, budget and timeline of the project. The design designed to conserve resources and minimize power consumption.
“We are proud to have completed gold certification,” says aviation director Gary P. Mascaro. “The goal from birth to succeed at a point h8 of sustainable criteria without sacrificing design.”

Most of the new buildings in the city strive to be built according to the LEED Gold Section 2 criteria of Resolution 66fourfour. The city of Scottsdale has four LEED-qualified buildings, adding four platinum and now five gold.
The LEED Green Building ™ evaluation formula is the benchmark identified by the national best friend for the design, design and operation of high-function eco-friendly buildings. There are four non-easy certification grades (from lowest to highest): Certificate, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
