Bangtan Boys’ boys’ group, BTS, and their firm Big Hit Entertainment have donated $1 billion to help concert staff with coronavirus.
American live entertainment company Apple Nation said Wednesday that the country was made to its Crew Nation initiative, a crusade by artists in the country announced in March to support concert staff with preference, while concerts around the world were canceled or delayed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Live Nation announced the crusade through the $five million donation and could adjust to the next $five million donated through artists and fans. Artists such as John Mayer, Metallica, U2 and Coldplay have promised their position for the crusade.
The music of the preferred staff may claim compensation.
