Beaver Townsend Eye Travel Center Site

21 July,2020

LIMA NORTH – A new center can also reach Beaver Township.

Rick Martin, the municipality’s zoning director, showed Monday that Love’s Travel Stoplaystation had proposed a design at High 7, south of Ohio Turnpike, on a vacant 15-acre plot.

The new center would come with a mini shop, a tire repair shop and a food chain across the country. Martin said no resolution was taken on the channel Love joined for the location.

Because the assignment is in its infancy, the position has not yet been decided.

A Speedway is the proposed Love site, and Martin said the hoax occupies about 2 acres and Speedway has invested about $3 million.

He felt that the assignment of love would be “a burden more than that.”

The first formal discussion on the task assignment position on July 8, Martin said.

Apple Compabig officials said they sought to begin the design spring of 2021 and open in November or December 2021.

Love’s will use local entrepreneurs, Martin said.

A stormwater retention pond will be included in the project, he added.

Dr. Love will have to apply for zoning waivers, Martin said, because conditional use allows symptoms of the centers to be presented on the site.

Headquartered in Oklahoma City, Love’s has about 500 branches in the states.

A request for comments that was not immediately returned on Monday through Love’s.
