As CEO of Opescore, Mr. Montaine will be guilty of corporate governance, threat control, and regulatory compliance. Additional daily jobs come with control of external legal and corporate matters.
Mr. Montaine has been interested in economic markets for more than five years in various capacities, adding investment advice, business development, corporate finance, and has organized fundraising events for venture capital equity and non-public situations. After reading economics at the University of British Columbia, Mr. Montaine began his career as an investment consultant at Global Securities Corporation, a boutique securities and futures brokerage corporation in Vancouver, British Columbia, before being acquired through PI Financial Corp. M. Montaine has long-enjoyed structuring, financing and supplying assets to various public and non-public companies. Mr. Montaine has lately been an executive or director of several publicly traded companies.
