The main deposit owned by Cartwright Bros is for sale on the market for a value of £3. 3 million.
The freehold assets in North Hykeham, spanning approximately 79,000 square feet and include a four-bay warehouse and courtyard, are advertised through Watling Real Estate.
He represents director Kroll, who was appointed last month to the 80-year-old trucking company.
