Cancer invasion and metastases are difficult to study in vivo because they position deep within the frame for long periods of time. The three-dimensional organotypic culture of the blank tumor allows real-time imaging, genetic and microintelelectual manipulation and molecular analysis. Here, we will provide detailed protocols for isolating and cultivating heterogeneous organoids of mouse and huguy tumors from site number one and metastatic. The time it takes to isolate beyond the proper organoids can decrease diversity depending on the type of tingling and organ, although it regularly takes less than 7 hours. We describe a chain of controls that generated explicit aspects of metastasis, adding proliferation, survival, invasion, propagation and formation of colobig apples. We also specified comprehensive protocols for subsequent organotypic crop programs that would allow users (i) to verify the role of explicit genes in regulating cellular processes, (ii) distinguish contributions from various microenvironmental and intellectual things, and (iii) verify the effects of new therapies. This protocol describes 3-d isolation and organoid culture from new number one mice or huguy and metastatic tumor disorders and provides commands for real-time imaging, environmental genetic and micro-intellectual manipulation, and molecular analysis.
