China, Sri Lanka bolster BRI bond

China and Sri Lanka have defined a plan to build more high quality belts and roads, in the middle of a series of agreements signed on Wednesday with bilateral ties.

He expressed Sri Lanka’s commitment to cooperation with China in a wide diversity of fields, adding infrastructure, energy, agriculture, finance, poverty relief, virtual transformation, tourism and training in the workers’ body.

By pointing out that China is a prominent country in the global south and plays a positive role in foreign affairs, Dissanayake said Sri Lanka is willing to continue strengthening coordination and mutual with China in a multilateral framework to protect their non -unusual interests.
