As Chairman of the Westchester Division, Mr. Meyer will have the operational duty of valuables and advertising and the accident insurance business that serves the surplus and surplus (E-S) market position in and Canada through its brokerage, liaison and segment programs.
Mr Kessler, who will retire at the end of the year, will take over as President of Westchester, where he will remain active on the block and focus on key research issues, strategic development plans and as senior adviser to Mr. Kessler Meyer’s transition.
