LOS ANGELES – A painting discovered in a lake in California is that of “Glee” actress Naya Rivera, he said Monday.
“We are convinced that the framework we discovered is that of Naya Rivera,” Ventura County Sheriff B Ayub said at a press conference on the shores of Lake Piru, near Los Angeles.
Rivera, 33, allegedly drowned after getting lost on Wednesday. He had rented a boat on Lake Piru with his four-year-old son, Josey, who discovered unharmed.

Her body was recovered early on Monday near the surface of the water in an area where the boat had gone missing that was 35 to 60 feet deep (11-18 m) and with heavy brush and trees underwater, Ayub said.
He claimed that Rivera’s circle of relatives was remodeled and that the frame was taken to the medical examiner’s workplace for an autopsy and formal identity through dental records. “There is no indication that this is a corrupt act and there is no indication that it is a suicide,” Ayub said.
Rivera’s son, who was left alone and asleep, told the government that he and his mother went swimming in the lake, a recreational reservoir about 80.47 km north of the city of Los Angeles.
Ayub said it was not transparent what had happened, but Rivera’s son told investigators that his mother had taken him back to the boat and that she had not returned.
Rivera is not dressed in a life jacket.

“Glee,” a television drama about an h8 school choir, one of the biggest hits in father culture 10 years ago, but has had its tragedy.
Actor Cory Monteith, who played football player Finn, died of a drug overdose in 2013, and Mar Salling, who played Puc, committed suicide in 2018 after pleading guilty to possessing child pornography.
