The Reopen Small Business Grants program announced on Sunday a website that allows small business owners to be modified and apply for grants in the county.
– County MD (@CoMD) July 20, 2020
Reopen reimburses county businesses for expenses incurred to meet the essential state and county reopening requirements in effect as a result of the COVID-1 pandemic, according to the fashion website.
The grant program includes a total of $14 billion to support small businesses in the county through special credits voted through the county council. Applicants can get grants up to $5,000.
Small businesses and nonprofit compatibility organizations can get grants if the business is the physical best friend located in the county or if there is less than one component of their staff or sales in the county. The small business will also have to have fewer than a hundred full-time employees and may not have won the county’s coronavirus assistance or incurred “repayable reopening expenses,” according to the website.
Applications are reviewed in a continuous random lottery system.
Subsidies can help small businesses get rebates for things like protective equipment, signage, cleaning products, and furniture.
