Forensics performed an autopsy on Sandera before his body was cremated, according to the report.
Sandera, a philanthropist, died at 1:46 p. m. Her manner of death was described as “natural” in the official report.

Eastwood and Sandera were personal about their relationship, having met about a decade ago while she was a hire at his Mission Ranch hotel and restaurant in Carmel-by-the-Sea, near Monterey.

“Christina is a lovely and caring woman, and I will miss her dearly,” Eastwood told The Hollywood Reporter shortly after her death.
Eastwood’s daughter, Morgan Eastwood, mourned the loss of Sandera in an Instagram shared on Sunday.

Before dating Sandera, Eastwood was married twice. His first marriage to Maggie Johnson was from 1953 to 1964. La former couple did not finalize their divorce until 1984.
