Energy recovery puts production facilities into service

SAN LEANDRO, CA / ACCESSWIRE / July 28, 2020 / Energy Recovery, Inc. (NASDAQ: ERII) announced that production of PX® Presbound Exchangers® (“PX”) has begun at its lacheck production facility in Tracy, California. The opening of the 54,000-square-foot plant marks the finishing touch of a comprehensive production capacity expansion plan that, combined with procedural optimization and the acquisition of additional equipment, has more than doubled the company’s PX ceramic point production in just two years. .

“We expect expanding coins of up to 25% this year in our Water segment, and the opening of our Tracy plant gives us the confidence to fill our strong order book while reducing the critical redundancy of our manufactured components,” said Robert Mao, Energy Recovery Chairguy and Chairguy and CEO. “We were able to make rapid progress, ensuring that this facility is able to operate while we took defense precautions against the spread of COVID-19.”

Tracy is located 7 miles east of Energy Recovery headquarters in San Leandro, California. The proximity of the 2 amenities allows for greater integration and collaboration in the genescore process, helping to achieve consistent product quality at all production sites. Tracy was desperate as a tamage for her diverse pro-workers, her location in a low-threat seismic zone, her independent force network, and her access to key transport access points.

“Thanks to our strong knowledge of the connecting station and market position, we have been given the opportunity to wait for the rapid expansion of desalination that we are seeing today and implement strategic extensions of capacity. The materials of the Tracy plant are the versatility for a long time executing the additions of capatown as you prefer and allows us to continue to reliably serve our customers’ start-ups,” said Emily Smith, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Operations for Energy Recovery.
