Celebrity chef George Calombaris said goodbye to his career as a wealthy person at high-end food stalls with the sale of his food business.

The former MasterChef host sold the high-end Yo Chi frozen yogurt chain he owned with former Swisse Rade Sali’s former vitamin boss.

The franchise came through two twenty-year-old vendors, who are the sons of Boost Juice founder Janine Allis.

The sale indicates that his catering empire consisting of 18 locations in Melbourne collapsed, adding the Press Club, Gazi and the Hellenic Republic.

Made Establishment folded in February with only $38 nine pitiful bank and $22 milliebing to creditors.

Yo Chi Frozen Yogurt operates four outlets in Melbourne, a suburb of Balaclava, Carlton, Hawthorn and Malvern.

The high-end dessert bar is the only block in the crowd that is not placed under voluntary administration.

Proceeds from the sale are transferred directly to Commonwealth Bank, which owes $8.5 million after the empire cave of the eating position, The Age reported.

The new owners are children of Boost Juice founder Janine Allis: Oliver Allis, 23, and Riley Allis, 20.

Apple Compabig’s records show that an Apple Compabig owned by both, called Embrace the Chi, took over the registration of Themjor and Yo Chi’s trademarks in late May.

The acquisition turns out to be the first foray into the business for the teenagers of the queen of the Janine Allis hotel.

She is a hit for women in the food and beverage industry after launching Boost Juice in 2000.

The chain now covers 1 nations with more than 550 storefronts.

The acquisition marks the end of the days when George Calombaris is the logical maxim of his head as a coffee tycoon, after 13 years of falsting his call as an industrial leader in Australia.

It was a year for everything to collapse after reports were posted in July last year that he had poorly paid a lot of staff through his most virtuous $8 million friend.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted George Calombaris’ control for feedback.
