“The security government has seen that the number of reports of non-cooperative drone sightings on critical infrastructure and army homes in Germany is increasing,” the Interior Ministry said in a statement.
“Drones as a tool of espionage and sabotage can constitute a serious threat, especially to our critical infrastructure,” Interior Minister Nancy Faeser said, adding that drones were used more “since Putin’s attack war” nearly 3 years ago in Ukraine.
Faeser said it is mandatory to make legal arrangements that allow the German military to take action “on account of serious risks, including, as a last resort, shooting down flying drones illegally. ”
Faeser said it would be in the interest of the protective critical infrastructure and that it shows that Germany “will be intimidated. “
On Monday, the government in the southern state of Bavaria showed that up to 10 mysterious drones had recently passed the air control base, which houses an army aerodrome and that is where the Eurofighter plane is being evolved through Airbus.
The researchers had not excluded espionage as an explanation of why behind drone flights and fear stated that there may be an imaginable link with the invasion of Ukraine through Russia.
Currently, the military can force the police into an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to replace the direction or ground, threaten to shoot it down or shoot.
