Founded in 1975, the CIA is an independent insurance firm that provides insurance responses and threat control to a diverse set of Michigan customers. As a component of the transaction, CIA firm chief Sam Crudo and his affiliates will enroll in THG’s Midwest operations and continue to paint from their current location in Shelvia Township, Michigan.
