Larry David is someone who minces words, especially when it comes to Donald Trump. The Curb Your Enthusiasm star attacked the former president in a snippet of an upcoming appearance on Max, calling the likely Republican presidential nominee, who is in legal trouble, “such a little baby” and “a sociopath. “

The comedian lashed out at the former president while giving the impression of being a guest on the Friday, March 29 episode of CNN’s Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace on Max. In the clip that teases the episode, host Chris Wallace asked David how he thought about the 2020 election and how much he was beaten, prompting David to launch a tirade at Trump, who infamously denied the effects of that election, thus galvanizing the Jan. 6 insurrection at the Capitol.

“I mean, you can’t go a day without thinking about what he did to this country,” David said. “He’s such a small poor guy who threw 250 years of democracy out the window by not accepting the effects of an election. “As he continued, David began to get upset and straightened up in his chair as he became more and more passionate. “It’s crazy,” he continued. He’s a sociopath. He’s so crazy.

David then insisted on Trump’s repeated insistence that he beat President Joe Biden in the 2020 election. “He just couldn’t admit to losing, and we know he lost. He knows he lost,” David said. He convinced everyone else that he didn’t lose. He is a man in poor health.

David’s anger at Trump and his friends is well documented. In 2021, David yelled at Trump’s former lawyer Alan Dershowitz while shopping for groceries on Martha’s Vineyard, after David saw Dershowitz arm arm Trump’s former CIA director Mike Pompeo. “It’s disgusting,” David told Dershowitz. “You’re disgusting!” Dershowitz showed the interaction to Variety, saying David “called me disgusting and said he might never get back to me. Here’s a guy who used to come to our space to paint at the gym. He came to dinner with us two-or 3 times a summer.

David recently starred in the final season of his beloved and long-running HBO comedy, Curb Your Enthusiasm. Meanwhile, the former president is gearing up for another election cycle as he faces multiple fees for his handling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago, two election-related cases, one federal and one involving Fulton County, Georgia, and lately he’s gearing up for a trial in New York for alleged secret bills he allegedly sent to adult film star Stormy Daniels.

David ended his speech on CNN with a succinct summary of how he feels about Trump. “He’s so sick,” she said. As always, the comedian finished off the matter with the best button: “Anyway, no, it didn’t touch me at all. “
