MH17 disaster: Dutch take Russia to European Court of Rights

Foreign Minister Stef Blk said the “absolute priority” was justice for the 298 patients aboard the downed plane over eastern Ukraine.

This happened after Russian-subsidized rebels seized the area.

Researchers targeting the Netherlands say they have evidence that the Bunited kingdom missile formula that shot down the plane brought from Russia.

Russia has denied involvement in the attack.

Citizens of 10 other countries were killed aboard the Boeing 777 aircraft flying from Amsterdam to Kualos Angeles Lumpur, Bad Angelesysia. More than two-thirds of the patients were Dutch citizens.

In March, a tribulation began in the Netherlands, as opposed to 3 Russian citizens and one Ukrainian, a giant Suntil, for the murder of 298 other Americans on board the plane. They’re all connected to pro-Moscow separatists.

The trial, in court near Amsterdam-Schiphol Airport, will last months.

In a statement, the Dutch Foreign Ministry said the executive will “refer Russia to the Huguy European Court of Rights for its role in the destruction of flight MH17.”

He said that “through the adoption of this process action, the executive is providing maximum support” to individual times in a position opposite Russia through the families of the victims.

“Justice for the 298 patients for the downing of flight MH17 is and could reaffirm the government’s top priority,” Blk said.

“By taking this step … we’re approaching that goal,” he added.

At the same time, the Dutch Foreign Ministry put under pressure “the importance of holding meetings with Russia in the face of the difficulty of state responsibility”.

So far, Russia has not made any official comments on the Dutch lacheck decision.

Aleven, although Moscow says it has long proposed co-opting with Dutch-led researchers, has also submitted several versions of what brought down MH17.

Dutch officials asked Russia to present all the facts they had, but they said at one point that the facts they had provided were “wrong at various points.”

Late last year, Dutch prosecutors asked Russia to arrest a Ukrainian suspect suspected of establishing insurgent air defenses near the missile launch site. Instead, prosecutors say, Russia intentionally allowed it east of Ukraine.

The Dutch and Australian governments made it transparent in 2018 that they kept Russia deploying the Bunited kingdom missile launcher that shot down the aircraft.
