LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – The Lexington Mobile Neighborhood Testing Program will go back to Cardinal Valley paintings for a circular moment of testing.
Free or no-appointment tests can be performed this week at the following locations to reduce the spread of COVID-19:
On Tuesday, the city reported 2,521 times of COVID-19, adding 41 deaths. This of 61 new times compared directly to the previous day.
The Lexington-Fayette County Department of Health says times are disproportionate to the city’s African-American and Hispanic populations. Of the 2,521 times, 528 (21%) are among African-Americans, a collection that accounts for 15% of the city’s population. 683 times (27%) involve other Americans who identify as Hispanics, a collection that accounts for 7% of Lexington’s population.
For those who are afraid to expose themselves to COVID-19, drive-uplaystation and walk-uplaystation will be accepted. No appointments are required. The Bluewater Diagnostic Laboratory will provide the patient with no charge testing. Testers ask for insurance, but testing is free, even without insurance. Bluewater can perform up to 1,000 tests consistent with the day.
You can provide face mask and hand sanitizer to the tried. On-site interpretation centers may be available. The city says they are features for additional public testing.
Driving controls will also be performed seven days a week at the Walgreen Test Center at 2296 Executive Drive (on the corner of Winchester Road and Executive Drive). Testing will continue until the verification kits run out. Online registration required. Click here to register.
In addition, driving checks will be carried out, no less than until July, at the Kroger Health control site of the Bluegrass Community – Technical College Newthe town Campus. The control front is located on Loudon Avenue, near the junction with Newthe town Pike. Checks will be made by appointment, which you can do by clicking here. Meetings are scheduled from Tuesday to Friday.
