NAIOP Colorado has announced the allocation site for its 22nd Annual Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge. This year, CU and DU scholars will showcase their skills by proposing an assignment for the 48-acre Victory Crossing in Commerce City, located next to Dick’s Sporting. Challenge groups are tasked with creating a mixed-use vertical progression on approximately 48 acres of land without delay west of Dicks Sporting Goods Park. The site of Victory Crossing, once part of the extensive federally owned assets of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal, was annexed to Commerce City in 2004 and saw the structure of Dick’s Sporting Goods Park and Civic Center in 2007. A long-standing partnership between the city and KSE has set the asset level to a favorable network asset for Commerce City and neighboring Denver residents.

The finalists of this year’s Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge will gather at the Hyatt Regency Denver Convention Center on May 2, 2024 to present their projects in front of an audience of genuine real estate professionals and the project’s sponsoring team.
