The restaurant, located in Astoria, Queens, is suffering from accepting the State’s New Liquor Authority Directive, which was published after the bars violated the spirit of regulations issued last week to prevent consumers from spreading the coronavirus.

According to Muldoon, the regulations in force mean that bars will reject consumers the latter they prefer now.
