Neighborhood assembly planned for a moderate proposal for the Fort Collins Land Bank site

Residents of Fort Collins get an initial lok in the design of 58 townhomes on land that the city sells for affordable housing.

TWG Development LLC and the City will hold a virtual neighborhood assembly Monday to provide plans for two-story townhomes at 3620 Kechter Road, south of Fort Collins.

Preliminary plans demonstrate buildings of two, three and four units.

The houses are intended to be sold to families earning 80% of the region’s median income.

The Fort Collins MAI for a single user is $61, one hundred consistent with the year, according to the Department of Employment and Urban Development.
