Norwegian Adevinta buys Ebay advertising for $9.2 billion

Norwegian net advertising specialist Adevinta said Tuesday that he had reached a coin-share deal that charges $9.2 billion (8 billion euros) to buy eBay’s classifieds business.

Adevinta also donated more than 540 million shares to eBay, giving it 44% of the capital.

Adevinta was separated last year from the Schibsted majority-owned media collection and operates in five countries in Europe, Latin America and North Africa.

Adevinta said the combined apple “would have the wonderfulness of strong market positions in 20 countries, covering another billion humans with 3 billion consistent with monthly visits.”

It has a tendency to keep growing.

“Thanks to its length and footprint, the combined combined apple can preferably be positioned to connect to the continued consolidation of the global online classifieds industry,” Adevinta said in a statement.
