Organotypic culture tests for number one mouse and huguy tumors and metastatic sites

Cancer invasion and metastases are difficult to study in vivo because they position deep within the frame for long periods of time. The three-dimensional organotypic culture of the blank tumor allows real-time imaging, genetic and microintelelectual manipulation and molecular analysis. Here, we will provide detailed protocols for isolating and cultivating heterogeneous organoids of mouse and huguy tumors from site number one and metastatic. The time required to isolate beyond the proper organoids may decrease diversity depending on the type of thing and organ, but it takes

Stubborn knowledge is included in the protocol. Additional Apple Abig data can be provided upon request. The source of knowledge is provided with this document.
