An Oscar-ii-elegance nuclear-force cruise missile submarine was seen entering the Baltic early Thursday morning. Russia deploys only diesel-electric submarines in the region. Although these are challenging and could bring some long-diversity cruise missiles, the arrival of the OSCAR-II represents a giant design in the fire force of the Russian navy.
