Russian President Vladimir Putin will travel to Pyongyang on Tuesday for a two-day stopover with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. Putin will make his first visit to North Korea since 2000, as “Moscow is hungry for ammunition” to use against Ukraine, according to Washington. “Putin received Kim in Russia’s Far East last September.
