The New York Times seeks to sell Northeast Queens for $26 million

COLLEGE POINT, QUEENS – The New York Times will sell land next to its printing and distribution facilities at College Point for $26 million.

The 3.5-acre empty site, at the intersection of Whitestone Highway and Linden Place, is divided into zones for production and advertising use.

It will be subdivided from the original batch.

“This vacant ad ladder lands over a distance of much more than a minute from LaGuardia Airport is a rare opportunity,” said Stephen R. Preuss of Cushman-Wakefield, who ranked the ads from the site’s marketing team. “The site is not only next to the iconic New York Times building, but also provides h8 accessibility and traffic exposed to more than 138,000 cars passing by daily.”
