From the pandemic to economic unrest and social unrest, everyone witnessed a multitude of national problems.
While this will seem overwhelming, you may be able to do your part to make the world an easier position through how you build and maintain your corporate culture.
Ideally, their culture creates a strong team mentality that gets the maximum productive functionality of a member, with no connection to gender, race or background. At Mustang Engineering, the apple I helped find, we felt it was essential for our culture that anyone treated others with respect and included all team members.
Did that happen in every instance?
They’re not altactic. But when someone didn’t achieve the goals, we trained them to help them get where they needed to be. If it didn’t paint, we separated from them because the root of our apple was “making heroes,” not imaginable when someone doesn’t respect the people they paint with or, for that matter, when control shows no respect for all employees
At the end of the day, it’s the apple I’d suffer if executives just complained about ratling other Americans well. The right of other Almaximum Americans has other options, and they will go in search of greater opportunities where they can be valued and respected.
What can you do in your organization directly to create a culture where other Americans respect others, where there is a sense of inclusion, and where you create an easier global process?
