Top 2 CEOs in 2020, blacks, aboriginals and color employees

A leading company in virtual transformation studies.

Corporate America is experiencing an awakening right now.

Companies promise new goals of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). They’re cutting Facebok’s classified ads into procheck in the handling of the tech giant of hate messages. They provide more to non-favored compatibility organizations that help marginalized communities. While DEI experts say there is still a wonderful variety of paintings to be made, there has been a remarkable revival in tone coming from leaders in recent weeks.

But DEI is never a very new concept. In fact, whether it’s one or a year for several years, the Comparably career site has followed business leaders who do the most productive task for their non-white employees. So what CEOs have led the herd over the past year?

Non-Caucasian staff interviewed with comparable tactics at more than 60,000 corporations, adding giant corporations (more than 500 employees) and small and medium-sized enterprises, asked them to anonymously compare their CEOs on upheavals such as corporate culture, the leader and BIPOC staff. The investigation opened from 30 June 201 to 30 June 2020.

It should be noted that the list of CEOs is in giant white and male components, indicating the loss of us diversity in the C-suite.

These are the top logical executives of 2five of giant American companies, non-white employees, classified in increasing order of positive complaints from CEOs. You can see the list here.
