With large Americans traveling during the July 4 holiday weekend, more and more states are experiencing h8 and COVID-19 infection rates increase.
Today Delaware could become the first Mid-Atlantic state added to the travel advisory list for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Visitors from restricted states must quarantine for 14 days upon entering the tri-state region.
Delaware now meets the consistent criteria in Andrew Cuomo’s June 4 executive order in New York State, which applies to the arrival of a state with a positive verification rate of more than 10 consistent with another 100,000 Americans on a seven-day moving average or in a state with a positivity rate of 10% or more on a seven-day moving average. Governors of New Jersey and Connecticut issued similar arrest warrants.
The Infection Rate of Delaware is now 11.3. Two of Delaware’s 3 counties have “accelerated the spread” of COVID-19, the Harvard Global Health Institute (HGHI) Risk Assessment Map.
