A staggered frontal image from Chesterfield Parkway West leads to a circular plaza adorned with decorative plants and a kinetic sculpture by a local artist. Exterior features include a prominent porte-cochere (covered front) with masonry and stone pillars, as well as a spacious porch. Thoughtfully designed amenities feature unique walking trails and gardens. The fabrics of the structure convey harmony with the surroundings and the design integrates perfectly with the topography of the site.
The commissioned architect is Moseley Architects in Springfield, Virginia, and the interior designer is Faulkner Design Group of Dallas.
