Driven through intelligent knowledge, the virtual assistant answers guest questions in the loose segment of the website and guest app, while detecting incentive leads for the company’s premium offerings. Armed with eGain’s first virtual omnichannel knowledge, advisors interact and collaborate with clients, answer questions, help them navigate their websites, and find bureaucracy in real time.
The virtual wizard has handled more than 50% of incoming service requests. The Jstomer then deployed the capatown of its IT help desk, where it received 81% of the requests. Since then, the guest has continued to implement additional explicit domain virtual assistants for their employee education center and other guest offerings, such as downloadable products. Together, those virtual assistants have dealt with more than 2 million intermovements 12 months ago.
