Speculation came after music maker Tommy Brown, who worked with Grande on songs such as “Thank U Next” and “7 Rings,” told PopCrave in June 2020 that he had traveled to South Korea in 2019 to help produce some of BLACKPINK’s new music. “I worked a little with BLACKPINK when I went to Korea.
