The consequences of Wirecard’s economic cave temporarily put Curve, Pockit out of service.
The banking centers that have recently been suspended due to the Wirecard scenario are:
Wirecard collapsed Thursday with a virtuous friend with a $4 billion debt, after the apple admitted that there was no about $2 billion in coins in her books.
The UK Financial Conduct Authority on Friday suspended the UK subsidiary of Wirecard Wirecard Card Solutions (WCS) Limited, with very little information to the maximum of the banking centres that depended on it. WCS materials or has provided banking centers to corporations such as Curve, Revolut and Pockit and others.
Curve – which earlier this week announced its technology would be behind a revamped version of Samsung Pay – has admitted that its services will be temporarily affected by the WCS suspension.
“Following the closure of Wirecard Card Solutions Limited through the Financial Conduct Authority, Curve’s consumers were informed today that they could revel in a temporary interruption of service and are urged to exploit some other payment method,” an apple said. .
“In April, Curve a senior member of Mastercard, which allowed him to integrate more internal processes, such as issuing cards and electronic currencies, and avoiding dependence on electronic cards.
“As such, this outage will only last a limited amount of time and we are doing everything we can to complete this transition as temporarily as possible.”
A spokesman curve under pressure that no Jstomer budget was threatened by disruption. (July 2 update nine: Curve now says the maximum of them is back online).
It is noted that Revolut has transferred your Wirecard payment to avoid a possible apple outage.
Pockit is another British banking service that was eliminated by the suspension of the WCS.
A message sent to Pockit consumers indicates that consumers should exploit their bank cards, make invoices or transfers, or withdraw cash. In fact, the bills are frozen.
A customer of Pockit told me his card was declined when trying to pay for petrol today and that the police were called because he was carrying no alternative means of payment.
“Following taxation through the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) at Wirecard Solutions Limited, Pockit’s accounts were temporarily unavailable to customers,” the apple said in a statement.
“All Pockit consumers have been informed that their accounts do not appear to have love at this time and that their coins are stored in a designated guest account and closed with Barclays.
“We know this is causing specific difficulties for some of our customers, and we are working with the FCA for this scenario and making our operations general again once possible.”
Several other banking and payment services have stalled due to the WCS situation.
U Account announced that its service was temporarily suspended in a note posted on Apple’s website. “We would love to reiterate to all consumers that their currencies are and remain confined to a secure Barclays bank account, as has been the case since we started trading on U Account,” the apple said.
McLear Ring, a portable device that allows consumers to make contactless payments, also warned consumers that their service was out of service. “You can’t load coins or make moves with your ring,” McLear Ring said on a website. “If you review this, the load will fail and movements can be rejected.”
The globalization of the cryptocurrency was also affected, with Crypto.com indicating that its master cards were out of service through the suspension of the WCS. “Our customers’ budget is secure,” says Crypto.com. “Our team is scored in the processing of credits to cryptographic wallets corresponding to the fiduciary balances found on the cards. We expect this to end in 48 hours.”
Anna Money is another service where consumers cannot access accounts. “Your coins remain completely secure, but the FCA action means you can’t access them right now,” Anna said on a website, blaming the regulator. Conduct a Q&A consultation with its founders at 2:00 p.m. BST on Sunday, June 28.
CardOneMoney states that “our team is working tirelessly with the FCA and Mastercard to recover it once possible,” with a statement on its website. However, unlike other services, he says consumers can move coins from their account to another account, free of charge.
Payoneer stated that their Mastercard prepaid accounts were issued through WCS and that “therefore, you will not be able to temporarily withdraw your card budget or reach new invoices on your card.” Payoneer adds that he “believes” that Jstomer’s budget can be secure and that the suspension will soon be lifted.
The Morses Club, which provides small loans issued in coins or via a prepaid credit card, was also affected, according to a Reuters report. The company’s website states that these are “very h8 call volumes”.
Customers of the Boon cell bank reported that their card transfers were discovered over the weekend. Boon does not mention the disorders on his website or social media channels, however, his website indicates that the cards are issued through Wirecard, which means that he is affected to the maximum.
Holvi, which markets small business banking centers, has suspended its Mastercards. Unlike other centers, it indicates that other account functions, such as the strength to qualify and achieve payments, do not appear to be affected.
Several multi-currency prepaid coin passports have also been frozen. Cards issued through Travelex, Sainsbury’s, EuroChange and MoneyCorp are among those suspended.
