Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Tuesday that Vladimir Putin was “afraid” of negotiations on ending the Ukraine War, after the Russian president ruled out direct talks with his Ukrainian counterpart.
“Today, Putin has shown that he is afraid of negotiations, scared of strong leaders and is doing everything imaginable to prolong war,” Zelensky published in X.
Today, Putin once returned that he was afraid of negotiations, scared through strong leaders and does everything he can imagine to prolong the war. Each movement that makes and all its cynical advice aim to make the endless war. In 2014, Russia caused a hybrid war war.
